Exterior description and setting
Demolished. Site now within grounds of P.S.N.I. base.
Described in the first survey in 1970 as:
'Post 1834. A two-storey building with basement presenting two splayed bays to the main road, decorated with string and cill courses. The walls are rendered and the roof is slated above a square eaves-cornice on modillions. Paired columns with moulded caps. support an entablature to form porch. Windows are plain sashed. There are modern dormers on roof. A two-storey lodge with modernised return is of similar character. Extended C20.'
Historical information
First shown on 1902 map, indicating that building of later 19th century date. Gate lodge still survives at south.
