This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey.
Complete renovation. Two-storey three-bay rectangular plan dwelling with central door case; painted panelled timber door with brass furniture and square-headed fanlight above. Pitched fibre cement tile roof has two rectangular section chimneys to gables and uPVC RWGs. Smooth cement rendered finish throughout with granite door steps and window cills; timber casement windows with vertical glazing bars. Decorative wrought iron railings and foot gate to modest front yard.
