Exterior description and setting
Demolished and replaced by a new house.
Described in the 1st Survey in 1979 as "Single storey, 3 bay. Two jamb wall chimneys. Slated with oversailing gables. Gabled porch. Roughcast with smooth plaster moulded architraves. Double-hung sashes."
Historical information
Precise date of building not recorded but it appears on the OS map of 1834-5. Demolished sometime after 1979.
