This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Only a Partial Survey was taken during the Second Survey as it is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey.

Two-storey house of probable part pre-1830s and part mid to later 19th century construction, much refurbished in recent years with the loss of the original window frames and doors, and the replacement of the roof.
