Historical information
Precise date of building not recorded but it appears on the OS map of 1860. It is not shown on the OS map of 1834 or mentioned in written sources of the 1830s but on stylistic evidence it may be taken to date from probably close to that time. It has certain details, namely chimneys, drip mouldings over windows, and fanlight, which are similar in form to those of Loughgall House (HB15/02/001) which itself was probably built around 1830. This house was probably built shortly after the 1830s.
