Exterior description and setting
Located at the corner of a field on a south-facing slope close to a stream.
Of random-rubble construction and beehive profile. Measures c.1.8m in basal diameter/ 90cm internal diameter. Top section has collapsed inwards. There is a creep hole (with flat lintel head) on its south side, measuring 40cm wide by 50cm high.
Historical information
Too small a structure to be shown on the OS 6” and 25” maps. Date is unknown.
