Red sandstone plaque of oval shape above porch, inscribed ‘Millbrook National School 1913’. Buttresses along side elevations, with red sandstone weatherings; segmental headed side windows in white-painted timber, divided by central mullion and a transom into fixed lights with bottom-hung toplights. Semi-circular windows and doorway to entrance front, with red brick drip mouldings terminating in floriated label stops; modern flush door. Front boundary walling of red brick, partly original and partly new, with original wrought iron railings containing ornamental details and flower head crestings.
