The Department's description

Two-storey house with half-hipped artificial slate roof, boxed timber eaves, painted rendered walls and uPVC frames; windows have concrete cills. Modern two-storey rubble masonry L-shaped extension to N gable. Adjoining entrance at start of drive to Ardmore House (now a separate property) has vee-jointed ashlar sandstone gate pillars with replacement steel gates.

This building has been extensively refurbished or else demolished and rebuilt.
