The Department's description

Refurbished single-storey former gate lodge. Hipped artificial slate roof, plastic RWG on boxed eaves, painted dashed walls, uPVC frames to openings; concrete cills to windows. Single-storey modern extensions to side and rear. Adjoining entrance at start of driveway to main house comprise original ashlar gate pillars (with recessed panels) with replacement steel gates. This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Only a Partial Survey was undertaken as the building has been much altered and is not of special interest.
