The Department's description

A former two-storey, four-bay, harled house with slate roof, now demolished and replaced with a two-storey brick house with hipped roof.

The First Survey card records:

A two-storey, four bay, harled house with slated roof and three chimneys. The entrance is recessed in a segmental-arched opening with plain fanlight and two-pan sidelights. All opes are set in plain raised surrounds. The entrance is flanked on one side by a triple window and on the other by a 6-pane window, remainder of windows have vertical divisions.
