setting surrounded by mature landscaped gardens to the west of the River Faughan approximately 6.0km north-west of Claudy off the Knockbrack Road. Much altered with replacement fenestration throughout.

Inappropriate alterations include uPVC windows and replacement concrete window surrounds. While of local interest, it is not among the best examples of the type. It has been inappropriately altered and does not merit listing as a building of special architectural or historic interest.
