The National Monuments Service's description

Marked as a cirucular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 50-55m) surrounded by a field bank W-N-E on the 1839 and 1921 eds. of the OS 6-inch map. It is situated on a SE-facing slope. The site has been removed but it is possible to trace the outline of two banks and an intervening fosse as a vegetation mark (int. diam. 31m; max. ext. dim. 59m). There is a break in the outer bank SE–SSW. It is visible as a cropmark on the OSI series of aerial photographs (2005) and on Google Earth (2011). Two fosses are visible on later Google Earth images as reported by Simon Dowling. Rath (WX018-019----) is c. 80m to the SE.
