The National Monuments Service's description
Described in 1977 as a ringfort (WM032-074----) situated on a rise in good pasture land. The ringfort consists of a small roughly circular area defined by a low bank of earth and stone only visible at E with no evidence of an external fosse. There is a small U-shaped setting of stones (int. Wth. 5m) set into a low earthen bank in the SSW quadrant of the interior close to the perimeter of the monument. This appears to be the remains of a small hut but it is not clear if it is original or not.
