The National Monuments Service's description

Described in 1977 as a ringfort situated on a rise in good pasture land. The ringfort consists of a small roughly circular area (diam. 28m N-S; 29.5m E-W) defined by a low bank of earth and stone only visible at E with no evidence of an external fosse. There are slight remains of an earth and stone bank running S from the SE edge of the monument which may be the remains of an old field bank. No entrance feature visible. There is a small U-shaped setting of stones set into a low earthen bank in the SSW quadrant of the interior close to the perimeter of the monument. This appears to be the remains of a small hut (WM032-074001-) but it is not clear if it is original or not.
