The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on an E-W ridge, with land sloping gently away to the S. A large circular area (dims. c. 53m N-S; 49m E-W), defined by an earth and stone bank (Wth 4-6m; H 0.5m). The interior is level and featureless with no indications of an entrance or an external fosse. It was extant when visited in 1990, but has since been destroyed.
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
