The National Monuments Service's description
Just off the crest of a flat-topped hill, on a gentle W slope, in the valley below the S slopes of Slievenamon mountain, in pasture. Ringfort fenced with wooden fencing and electric wire. Interior is heavily overgrown with trees and scrub. Roughly circular area (dims. 45m N-S; 49m E-W based on 25-inch OS map) enclosed by a bank (Wth 6.6m; H above int. 0.75m; H above fosse 2.2m) and fosse (Wth c. 4m; D 0.6m).
