The National Monuments Service's description
In level pasture, to W of Stream (long-axis N-S). Curvlinear arc (Chord c. 68m NE-SW; dims. c. 21m) NW-SE of possible levelled fosse (Wth 3m; D 0.15m) SW-W-NE. Terminates abruptly at NE, where natural slope falls gently to stream to E. Also ends abruptly at SW end, on level plateau area of field. Area enclosed to E is generally level like surrounding field.
