The National Monuments Service's description
Archaeological excavation in 2002 revealed curvilinear ditches, one of which was dated to 810±65 BP, a hearth, pits and a post-hole (Lennon 2004, 480). The area (TS061-159----) was fully excavated by O'Flanagan (2006, 472).
