The National Monuments Service's description

On an E-facing slope of rising ground in upland region with good views in all directions. Ringfort (TS053-076----) 400m to N. Ringfort consists of a circular area (int. diam. 26m N-S; 20m E-W ) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (top Wth 2.7m; base Wth 4m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.9m ). Gap (Wth 2m) in bank at NNE appears to be the result of quarrying and is not an entrance feature.
