The National Monuments Service's description
Within the interior of a ringfort (TS059-060----) which is located on a low rise, in pasture. The mound is off-centre to the N. A roughly circular mound (dims. 9m WSW-ENE; 8m NNW-SSE; H 0.62m) surrounded by a fosse (Wth 1.9-2.5m; D 0.18-0.25m). Dense nettle growth obscures the fosse from WNW-NNE and SE-SW. The top of the mound has a slight depression where it may have been excavated in antiquity.
