The National Monuments Service's description
In grassland situated on E-W ridge with panoramic views of upland region in all directions. Possible megalithic structure in S quadrant of levelled enclosure (TS054-014001-). Structure consists of a large earthfast boulder (L 2.33m; Wth 0.8m: H 0.5m) with three smaller recumbent slabs underneath the W face of the large boulder. Unclear if this a megalithic structure or just some field clearance debris dumped up against large rock protruding from surface of the hilltop. However its fine panoramic location and its association with a levelled enclosure suggest a possible megalithic structure rather than field clearance debris.
