The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a SW-facing slope of rising ground in a mountainous region with a nearby stream to the S. A raised circular area (diam. 41m E-W) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 1-2.5m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.3-2m) and an outer fosse (Wth 4m; D 0.5m) with a possible external bank (Wth 2m; H 0.4m) visible at W only. Possible entrance gap (Wth 3m) at NW. A field fence intersects the inner bank at N on an E-W axis.
