The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on the N side of a stream, bordering the SW side of an expanse of wet pasture. The stream flows from a spring located at the base of a N-facing slope c. 25m to SW. A low, roughly circular rise (diam. c. 3m; H 0.3m) with poorly defined limits. Angular stone fragments in black soil are visible in eroded sections. There is a fulacht fia (SL019-204002) 6m to E, a burnt mound (MA019-204003) c. 30m to NE, and a holy well (SL019-081) c. 25m to SSW.
