The National Monuments Service's description
Not indicated on the 1837 edition of the OS 6-inch map but shown as a roughly circular enclosure on the 1913 edition. On slight SW-facing slope at base of broad hollow in rocky mountain pasture. Views are excellent SE-S-SW and and elsewhere obscured by higher ground. Relic field boundary, comprising a random rubble drystone wall (Wth 1.4m; int. H 1m; ext. H 0.35m), enclosing an approximately circular field (dims. 24m E-W; 21m N-S). There is no break in the wall to indicate the position of an entrance. The interior of the field slopes slightly facing W and is slightly concave. There is booley hut (SL009-003002-) c.4m NNE. This is a post-1700 AD monument.
