Cross-inscribed pillar

Erected on a leacht (SL001-013003-), known as Treenode More, within an enclosure (SL001-013001-).
This is a National Monument (no. 117) in state ownership. Slab (H: <0.873 m, W: 0.456 m, Th: 0.126 m) whose visible surface is filled with a slightly irregular central cross (0.769 m by 0.366 m) surrounded by four crosslets. The lower two crosslets develop from a horizontal bar that forms the base of the main cross, while the slightly smaller upper crosslets develop from points midway along its horizontal arms. All of the crosses are shafted with flat, or in a few cases slightly cusped-butted, serifs in the upper arms. The crossing of the main cross is decorated with a false relief dimpled boss.
