The National Monuments Service's description
On a rise in an undulating landscape. This is a D-shaped overgrown area (dims c. 35m E-W; c. 20m N-S) defined by a stone spread (at NE: Wth 6.4m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.2m; at NW: Wth 4.2m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.6m) W-N-E. External and internal facing-stones are visible at NW (original Wth of wall 2.3m). The monument is cut by a WNW-ESE drystone wall at S, and does not survive visibly beyond it. The possible cashel (RO052-023----) is c. 180m to the NE.
