The National Monuments Service's description
On a low-lying landscape in the valley of the upper Cross river. There is local information on a scatter of broken and burnt stones in a black matrix which is visible when the area is ploughed, although the precise location is not certain. Rath (RO048-007001-) is c. 110m to the N.
