The National Monuments Service's description

On a low-lying landscape in the valley of the upper Cross river, c. 70m SW of rath (RO048-007001-). Oval scatter of broken and burnt stones (dims 10m x 6m) in a black matrix visible in a ploughed field. Burnt mound (RO048-181002-) is c. 10m to the W, and the burnt mound (RO048-181005-) is c. 90m to the SSW.
