The National Monuments Service's description
The site (L 3.88m min.; Wth 2.25m; D 0.31m) is orientated NNW-SSE and In the drain face, it consists of mixed brushwood, roundwoods and two pegs set at an 80º angle. The brushwood and roundwoods are laid longitudinally and are densely packed but occur in two distinct groups, 1.04m apart. At the W edge of the site, a peg appears to support and delimit the structure. To the E side a peg is situated 0.3m below the main body of the site but this may be due to machine damage. The site lies in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with a large amount of Eriophorum and some ericaceous remains.
