The National Monuments Service's description
Seven pieces of mixed brushwood on the field surface (L 0.54m; Wth 1.21m; D 0.03m). The brushwood is irregularly laid, unevenly spaced and one piece deep. Woodworking is evidenced by three chisel points. This site has been extensively damaged by milling and is all but destroyed. It lies in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with a large amount of Eriophorum. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2002. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
