Located c. 3m outside the W wall of the mortuary enclosure on the site of the medieval parish church of Donagh (MO007-007001-). The graveslab (L 1.77m; Wth 0.83m; T 0.13m) has an inscription in false relief: HERE LYETH THE / BODY OF IOHN / SANDERS DEC / EASED THE 25 / IVNE 1666. (Shirley 1879, 295; McCarney 1957, 201)
