The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, located in undulating terrain.
Not shown on the 1838 OS 6-inch map; shown on the 1916 edition as a shallow hachured arc (cord L c. 35m), curving S–NW, intersecting with an E−W field boundary at its NW end.
An earthen scarp (Wth slope 3.5m; H 1.5m), incorporating stones in parts, especially along the top, survives in a shallow arc (L 20-25m) curving SW–NW. The scarp appears to coincide with a natural undulation or contour. There is no evidence at ground level that the arc continued to E and S to describe a full circle. There is an oblong mound (c. 12m E–W; 3-4m N–S; H 0.8-1m) of uncertain significance c. 5m to E of the scarp. An enclosure (MA093-047) is located c. 100m to NW.
