The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, located on gently rising ground on the W shore of Mannin Lake. To SW the slope rises more steeply.
Not shown on the 1838 OS 6-inch map; a subrectangular enclosure is named ‘Children’s Burial Gd.’ on the 1917 edition. The remains consist of a slightly raised, subrectangular area (29m NW–SE; c. 15m NE–SW) defined by a slight scarp/cropmark of ferns on SW side, by remnants of field walls on the NW and NE sides, and by a property wall that curves in a shallow arc around the SE side of platform. The SW half of the interior is relatively level, with a gentle slope down from there to NE. Numerous low, uninscribed stones, probably grave markers, protrude from the uneven surface. Many of the stones are engulfed in grassy hummocks or clumps of ferns and brambles. A number of hawthorn bushes grow in the enclosure.
