The National Monuments Service's description

In a rath (MA091-006). According to the local information there is a souterrain (MA091-006001) in the interior of the rath. The entrance was beneath a flagstone on the NNE edge of the rath and gave access to a stone-built passage. There is now no visible surface trace at ground level.
