The National Monuments Service's description
In improved pasture, on a low rise with a gentle fall of ground to NNE. Overlooked by a ridge on which two other raths (MA071-145----) and (MA071-146----) are located 120m and 135m to NNE, respectively. Ground dips into a shallow wet area to SE.
This possible rath is shown as a subcircular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) on the 1838 and 1931 OS 6-inch maps. It has been levelled, but a slight oval rise (c. 30m N–S; c. 20m E–W) is still visible. It is outlined by a cropmark in the form of a band (Wth 2–2.3m) of short, pale-green grass, most clearly defined on the S arc, which most likely represents a levelled bank or wall.
