The National Monuments Service's description
In rough pasture, located on a low SE-facing slope overlooking an expanse of lowlying damp pasture.
A circular ringfort-sized enclosure (diam. c. 25m) is shown on the 1838 OS 6-inch map; it is not shown on later map editions. When inspected in 1998, an impenetrable thicket of blackthorn (diam. 20-30m) covers this location and prevented examination. A field boundary on a roughly NW−SE axis crosses the location.
