The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, located on a low rise, with good views over the surrounding undulating landscape.
Slightly raised circular area (21.6m N–S; 22m E–W) defined by a sod-covered stone bank (Wth 2-2.5m; int. H 0.2-0.3m; ext. H 1m at NW, 1.5m at SE).
The interior is bisected roughly centrally by a drystone property wall (Wth 1m) on a NNW-SSE axis. An E−W field wall abuts the stone bank at NE, and at its point of intersection has been expanded by the addition of field clearance stones. There are heaps of field clearance stones on the top of the stone bank, and at E–SE against its external slope. The interior is grass cover, with brambles around the perimeter.
