The National Monuments Service's description

Within Kildermot church (MA040-074001-). Displaced fragments of carved/worked stone are on display, set in concrete on a low stone and concrete plinth against the S wall of the chancel. They are mostly sandstone, and include pieces which are likely to have come from the chancel arch and the W doorway, no traces of which remain in situ. There are also two quern stone fragments.
A possible stoup was also found in the vicinity of the church, but its whereabouts are now unknown: A sketch recorded in OPW Topographical Files shows an irregular-shaped stone block (H 0.17m) cut into one face of which is a semi-circular hollow (Diam. c. 0.14m; D c 0.025m). The straight side of the hollow aligns with the straight edge of the stone block suggesting that it was designed to fit against a wall.
