In improved pasture, 85m N of a stream. Earthwork (LI049-009----) lies 125m to S. Located within the ornamental garden as depicted the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map. Possible barrow listed as ‘Mitchelstowndown West 59’ by Grogan (1989, 241). No surface remains visible on Google Earth orthoimages.
