In modern forestry plantation immediately S of a watercourse, on the demesne lands associated with Ryves Castle (LI041-021----), located 400m to SW. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Monument visible as a curvilinear-shaped cropmark on oblique aerial photograph (ASIAP (342) 11) taken 05-01-2003. Visible as an irregular-shaped area (dims. c. 60m NW-SE; 30m N-S) enclosed by a fosse on Google Earth orthoimage dated 05/05/2002. No surface remains visible on Google Earth orthoimage dated 14/09/2019.
