The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, atop low rise. Sub-rectangular area (42m N-S; 35.5m E-W) defined by scarped edge (ext. H 1.1m) except on W side where levelling of field fence which skirted site, has also removed scarped edge. Interior slightly dome-shaped in profile. According to local information site enclosed by earthen bank which was recently levelled to create present scarped edge; also according to local information interior recently cleared of trees.
