The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on S-facing slope. Circular area (c. 35m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.9m; ext. H 4.7m) with external waterlogged fosse (D 2.7m; Wth 2.7m) S->E; enclosing element has been levelled E->S. Interior and enclosing element covered by dense overgrowth. Gaps in bank at NW, NNW, SE and SSE; NW gap has curving ramp dropping down into fosse; SSE gap approached from outside by two very-low parallel earthen banks c. 10m apart and c. 15m in length.
