The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on NE-facing slope. Circular area (21.6m N-S; 22m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.8m; ext. H 4.05m) with external fosse (D 0.9m; Wth 2.65m); enclosing element overgrown with bushes and scrub. Break in bank (Wth 2.4m) with causeway over fosse at SSE. Level interior is under rough pasture. In NW quadrant is shallow trench (c. 6m x c. 1.5m) with right-angled extension at either opposite end (each: c. 2m x c. 1.5m).
