The National Monuments Service's description

In improved wet pasture, cut by land drains and watercourses, 225m SW of a townland boundary with Loughgur and 775m S of Lough Gur. An enclosure (LI032-188----) lies 125m to E. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 284: AP5/2011; McCloud colour neg. 16-17) as a rectilinear-shaped cropmark which is open to E. Possible, levelled monument is not visible on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012, or on Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-2013 or on Google Earth orthoimage 28/06/2018.
