The National Monuments Service's description

On low lying wet pasture, 135m E of a townland boundary with Ballinard and 185m E of a main watercourse. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument not numbered but identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 as an oval-shaped cropmark at the S end of a probable drain. Levelled monument is visible as a faint oval-shaped cropmark (35m NW-SE; 26m NE-SW), defined by a possible fosse, at the SE end of a gently curving depression that appears to be a land drain, as seen on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012, and on Google Earth orthoimage 05/04/2006.
