In wet pasture liable to flooding 40m N of R516 that marks the townland boundary with Carrigeen. Mound (LI031-126----) lies 100m to SW and enclosure (LI031-153----) 150m to E. Not depicted on historic OSi maps. Identified from examination of aerial photograph (BGE 1:5000 No. 48) of the region taken on 03/11/1984 associated with Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraghleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline. Ring-ditch visible on OSi orthophoto taken between 2005-12. Cropmark of small circular-shaped ring-ditch (diam. c. 6m) visible on Google Earth orthoimage dated 04/04/2013.
