The National Monuments Service's description
In rough, level pasture covered by rushes. Monument depicted as roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) on OS 25-inch map is now largely covered by thorn bushes and briars. However it is evident that it is enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth 4m; int. H 0.25m; ext. H 0.7m) reduced to a scarped edge in places due to erosion from cattle poaching, with an external fosse (basal Wth 1.2m; total Wth 4.75m; D 0.45m).
