The National Monuments Service's description

On poorly drained reclaimed grassland, with three enclosures (LI023-177/252-/254----) 50m and 100m to N respectively. Stream marking townland boundary with Caherline immediately to E. Field fence 70m to N marks townland boundary with Doonvullen Lower. Cropmark of enclosure (approx. diam. 30m) visible on Bruff Aerial Survey photograph.
