The National Monuments Service's description

In gently undulating pasture. Roughly rectangular area (24.5m N-S; 23m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (int. H 0.6m; ext. H 0.8m) with external fosse (D 0.45m; Base Wth. 3.3m) and outer/counterscarp bank (H 0.6m) at NNE. To NW bank has eroded to a low scarp. Interior level and marshy.
