The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a level landscape with a small NW-SE stream c. 150m to the N. The cropmark of a D-shaped enclosure (dims c. 35m N-S; c. 35-40m E-W) defined by a single fosse feature with straight sides at N and W is visible on the OSI series of aerial photographs (1995). There is an entrance gap at SE and the straight W side is parallel with and c. 5m distant from a NNE-SSW field bank. It was first identified by Ivor Kenny, and is also visible on Google Earth (2013).
